1. Data-only service
Zstock provides public blockchain metadata and market-data displays for informational and development purposes. On mainnet, Zstock does not accept deposits, custody assets, route or execute trades, provide brokerage services, or make offers or solicitations.
2. No advice or relationship
Nothing on this site is investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Use of the site does not create a fiduciary, advisory, brokerage, agency, partnership, or customer relationship.
3. Third-party data and networks
Quotes, contract metadata, block explorers, wallets, and blockchain networks are operated by third parties. Data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or wrong. Always verify contract addresses against the issuer's current registry before interacting elsewhere.
4. Development modes
Local and testnet modes may expose synthetic positions, zUSD test tokens, simulated values, receipts, schedules, and launchpad demonstrations. These have no monetary value and must not be used as evidence of ownership of any asset.
5. Acceptable use
You must comply with applicable laws, sanctions, geographic restrictions, issuer terms, and network terms. Do not use Zstock to evade eligibility controls, misrepresent an asset, disrupt the service, or harm another person.
6. Availability and liability
The site is provided as-is and as-available without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zstock's maintainers are not liable for losses arising from reliance on displayed data, third-party services, wallets, smart contracts, or public networks.
